Assam Health Infrastructure Development & Management Society (AHIDMS) has released an employment notification for the recruitment of 7 Finance Executive, M&E/MIS Specialist, Project Engineer and Administrative Assistant posts for Project Management Unit (PMU) and Project Implementation Units (PIU) under JICA assisted Assam Health System Strengthening Project (AHSSP).

1. Finance ExecutiveNo of posts: 01 post
Pay: Rs. 40,000/-to Rs. 50,000/- per month.
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Must be a Graduate from a recognized Institute.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant post qualification experience in accounting with Government projects/CSS/EAP.
- Experience of working with Tally software for at least 2 year.
- Sound knowledge of Government Accounting, Income Tax, GST and other Taxation matters.
- Fluency in Assamese, Hindi and English.
- Must be computer literate and should have knowledge in MS-Office, Internet, email, etc

2. M&E/ MIS Specialist

Pay: Rs. 35,000/-to Rs. 50,000/- per month.
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- The candidate should possess atleast MCA or B.E./B. Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology from a recognized University/Institution.
- The candidate must have at least three (3) years of post-qualification experience in management of IT & MIS activities in any Externally Aided Project (e.g. World Bank, JICA, ADB etc.) or Public/ Private sector organization.
- Experience in designing, executing at least One LAN/WAN/Data Centre project is preferable.
- Knowledge of Routing, Switching, and Security is desirable.
- Prepare reports, presentations, MIS reporting.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and solutions for fitment in the network for optimising cost/efficiencies.
- Support in development of IT platforms and applications.
- Support in conducting various training activities.
- Maintenance support, troubleshooting IT issues and providing assistance to medical colleges
- Experience of working in the Northeast with govt. aided project will be preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi and Local Language.

Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Full time Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering Discipline from recognized University/Institution.
- Should have minimum 5 (five) years of post- qualification experience in Public/Private sector organization out of which minimum 2 years of experience in handling multi storey Building construction site is highly desirable.
- Should have professional work experience at the national / state levels or in any other externally aided project to review the design and drawings for the construction / renovation works, quality control, verification of material test certificates, IS codal compliances related to civil works planned in the project.
- Proficiency in MS office and Autocad functionalities, operation, record keeping etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and good knowledge of written and spoken Assamese, English & Hindi.

About AHIDMS
The ‘Assam Health Infrastructure Development & Management Society’ (AHIDMS) under the Medical Education & Research Department (MERD), Govt. of Assam (GoA) has been tasked to implement the ‘Assam Secondary Healthcare System Reforms Project’ (ASHSRP) taken up by the GoA with proposed financing from the World Bank. The project, to be implemented over six years, inter alia aims to improve the district level healthcare services in Assam by improving quality, access and management capacity in selected district hospitals.
