Dibrugarh University PG Admission 2026
Dibrugarh University has released the official notification of Dibrugarh University Admission Test (DUAT) 2026 for admission to Post Graduate Academic Programs of Dibrugarh University for the session of 2026 - 2027. Through this test , students can enroll directly to various 2 year Post Graduate Programs conducted by Dibrugarh University or for lateral entry into the Fourth Year (7th Semester) of the Five-Year Integrated Post Graduate Program (FYIPGP).
Previously, such admission test was known as Dibrugarh University Post Graduate Entrance Test (DUPGET) . Interested and eligible candidates wish to study in any PG courses under Dibrugarh University must appear in this PG Admission Test mandatory.
These courses include Master's in Arts (MA), Master's in Science (MSc), Master's in Commerce (MCom) and M.Ed. under Dibrugarh University.

Eligibility Criteria of DUAT
Eligibility criteria for admission in to various master degree courses under Dibrugarh University are as follows:
Lateral entry to Fourth Year (7th Semester) of FYIPGP
Candidates must successfully complete 6th semester of FYUG/ Integrated PG Program under NEP 2020 with minimum 60 credits in the subject applied for admission.

Master of Arts (MA) Course
# Bachelor's Degree with Major/ Honors in the concerned subject securing at least 45% marks or equivalent grade points. OR
# Bachelor's Degree with at least 50% marks in the subject applied for admission and 45% marks in aggregate in case of the candidates of General Program or equivalent grade points.
# Bachelor's Degree with Major/ Honors in the concerned subject securing at least 45% marks or equivalent grade points. OR

Note: Candidates who have appeared or are appearing in the 6th Semester Examination of the FYUGP/ Integrated PG Program under NEP2020 in 2026 and are awaiting their results are also eligible to appear in DUAT 2026. However, such candidates must submit their final grade sheet/ marksheet within the specified deadline to be notified by the University.

DUAT 2026 Application Fee
Applicants have to pay an application fee of Rs. 1050/- only (Rupees one thousand fifty only) through the online payment gateway using Debit (ATM) Card/ Credit Card/ Internet Banking during the submission of form. No other mode of payment is accepted.
